The treatment of inflammatory bowel disease during pregnancy interpretation of Toronto consensus(2015)

炎症性肠病(IBD)好发于育龄期女性,疾病的活动程度与妊娠密切相关,妊娠期IBD复燃常导致妊娠不良结局,如何管理这一特殊阶段是近年来临床医师的关注点。本文从妊娠期与IBD的相互影响、妊娠期IBD复燃的处理原则、妊娠咨询与就诊、诊断方法选择、药物或手术治疗及产后母婴管理等方面对《多伦多妊娠期炎症性肠病管理共识意见(2015)》进行解读。

Inflammatory bowel disease （IBD） appears mostly in women of childbearing age. Disease activity index is closely associated with pregnancy. IBD flare during pregnancy often leads to adverse pregnancy outcome. And how to manage this process is a focus. This article aims to interpret the Toronto consensus statements for the management of inflammatory bowel disease in pregnancy （2015） in terms of the influence of IBD and pregnancy, management principles of IBD flare during pregnancy, pregnancy consulting, choice of diagnostic methods, medical treatment, surgery and postpartum maternal and infant management.
