新疆维吾尔族本科医学生儿科临床实践教学方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的针对本科实习生普遍在儿科实践学习效果欠佳,通过调整所有实习生的管理和带教策略,观察维吾尔族本科实习生实践学习效果的改善。方法选择我院2012年7月-2013年6月127名维吾尔族本科实习学生组成研究组,2011年7月-2012年6月108名维吾尔族本科实习学生组成对照组。在儿科实习中对照组沿袭以往的实践教学方法,而研究组则是采取一系列改革后制定的教学方法,对两组实习学生的出科时理论考试成绩、技能操作考核、病历书写及家长满意度四个方面进行比较。结果与对照组比较,研究组在四个方面的成绩均优于对照组(Pd0.05)。讨论在维吾尔族医学生教学中以学生为中心结合儿科特点改革教学方法效果显著,对提高儿科实践学习效果有重要价值。 Objiective For the inefficiency of undergraduate interns generally studied in pediatric prac- tice, by adjusting the management and the teaching strategy of all interns, observe the Uighur under- graduate interns practice to improve learning effect. Method Choose the university in July 2012-June 2013 127 Uighurs undergraduate internship students as control group, In July 2011-June 2012 108 Uighurs undergraduate internship students as study group. In the practice of pediatric control groupfollow previous practice teaching method, The team is taken after a series of reform of teaching meth- od, Comparing four aspects on two groups of students intern exam result is given in theory, skill oper- ation assessment, Medical record writing and parents satisfaction. Results Compared with the control group, the team were better than control group in four aspects(P〈0. 05). Conclusion In the Uighur medical students teaching student-centered teaching method, combining with the characteristics of pe- diatric reform, to improve the effect of pediatric practice study has important value.
