摘要
人文素养的形成是一种内化过程。内化主要有三个阶段,参照内化不同阶段所参与的元素或所需的条件,可以从医学生人文教育和医学生两个方面入手,采取相应措施来提高医学生人文素养。因参与人文素养形成的各元素与医学生心理健康教育的内容,在知、情、意、人格方面相互缠绕,上述方法也可以被医学生心理健康教育所借鉴,从而提高医学生的心理素质。
The internalization process mainly has three stages, the formations of humanistic literacy is aprocess of internalization, refer to the involved elements or needed conditions of the different condi-tions, we can take the corresponding measures to improve the humanistic quality of medical studentsfrom two aspects of medical students' humanistic education and medical students. The elements andmedical students' mental health education which are formed by the participation in the humanities ac-complishment are intertwined with each other in the aspects of knowledge, emotion, consciousnessand personality. The above measures can also be used for reference by the medical students in mentalhealth education to improve the psychological quality if medical students.
