研究型大学公共卫生领域研究生教育满意度的实证研究——以西安交通大学为例 被引量:1

Empirical Research of Satisfaction on Education of Graduate Student of Public Health in Research Universities:A Case Study of Xi'an Jiaotong University

摘要 目的了解研究型大学公共卫生领域研究生对教育现状的满意度,为公共卫生专业研究生教育工作的管理与改革提供理论和实践依据。方法采用方便抽样方法对西安交通大学公共卫生学院2010-2015年入校的65名研究生进行问卷调查,采用自行设计的调查表,从学术氛围、科研活动、课程设置、导师情况、助研助教助管措施、管理机制、招生水平与就业前景等七个维度调查研究生的满意度。结果公共卫生领域研究生对于研究生教育总体满意度较高(满意度中位评分为4.22)。其中,对于导师方面最为满意(中位评分达到4.89,该维度各条目的满意率为95.3%~100.0%),最不满意的是对于助研助教助管措施方面(中位评分为3.00,满意率为76.6%)。不同年份入学研究生对于教育满意度总体差别无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但在导师、课程设置和助研措施上有一定的差异。结论研究型大学公共卫生领域研究生对于教育现状的总体满意程度较高,但还需要在助研助教助管措施、课程设置以及管理措施方面采取相应措施予以改善,以便进一步提高公共卫生专业研究生的教育满意度。 Objective To understand the satisfaction status on postgraduate education in public health of the research universities and provide the theory and practice basis for professional graduate education in public health work of the administration and reform. Methods Using convenient sampling method, 65 graduate students enrolled in 2010-2015 were investigated from school of public health of Xi' an Jiaotong University. Questionnaire survey was adopted by the self-designed questionnaire. Informa- tion included the academic atmosphere, the scientific research activities, courses, teachers, research assistant, teaching assistant and help control measures, management mechanism, the level of recruit students and employment prospects seven dimensions such as survey the graduate student's satisfac- tion. Results The graduate students in public health presented higher overall satisfaction for graduateeducation (the median satisfaction score of 4.22). They were the most satisfactory about teacher (the median satisfaction score of 4.89, 95.3%-100.0% of satisfaction for each dimensionl. The students were the most unsatisfactory about research assistant teaching assistants and help control measures (the median satisfaction score was 3.00 and the satisfaction rate was 76.6 %). The overall difference of education satisfaction among students enrolled in different years was not statistical significance(P〈0. 05), but there was certain different on the teacher, curriculum and research assistant measures. Conclusion Overall satisfaction with public health education among graduate students in research uni- versities is higher, but the corresponding measures should be required to improve research assistant teaching assistants and help control measures, the curriculum and management measures in order to further increase satisfaction with public health education of graduate students.
