关中—天水经济区城镇化质量评价分析

Analysis of Quality Evaluation of Urbanization in Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone

基于2014年关中—天水经济区的统计数据,选取人口转化、经济发展、居民生活、基础设施、公共安全、生态环境、城乡统筹7个方面的指标,构建城镇化质量评价指标体系。运用熵值法确定指标权重,进行城镇化质量的综合分析评价。结果表明:关中—天水经济区"7市1区"的城镇化质量由高到低依次为:西安、杨凌示范区、渭南、铜川、宝鸡、天水、咸阳、商洛。不同城市的分项指标之间、相同城市的不同评价指标之间均存在一定的差异,发展不平衡。最后就经济区城镇化质量的优化发展提出了思考和建议。

In this study, the Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone is aimed as the research object by selecting seven aspects of indicators which are demographic transformation, economic development, living, infrastructure, public safety, environment, urban and rural co-planning, constructs evaluation in- dex system of urbanization quality. The entropy value method was used to determine the index weight and conducting comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the quality of urbanization based on the value index of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone in 2012. The results show that Guanzhong-Tianshui Eco- nomic Zone ＂seven cities and one district＂ mass urbanization in descending order： Xi＇ an, Yangling Demonstration Zone, Weinan, Tongchuan, Baoji, Tianshui, Xianyang and Shangluo. There are some dif- ferences in the sub-index of different cities and different evaluation indices of the same city, so their de- velopment is unequal. Finally, we put forward some thoughts and suggestions about optimization of ur- banization development quality .
