摘要
翻转课堂是教育信息技术蓬勃发展催生的新型教学模式,是现代教育技术与教学实践的高度融合。在对课堂结构、教学模式和师生角色三者的定位进行重构的同时,也为教师专业化发展带来了新的挑战。中小学教师只有不断提升信息素养、转变教育观念、培养自主创新能力和反思评价能力,才能更好地应对翻转式教学的挑战,实现自身专业的持续发展和教育教学的优化。
the flipped classroom is the new teaching mode generated by the prosperous development of educational information technology. It is also the result of highly integration of modern education technology and educational practice. It has reestablished the structure of classroom, teaching mode and role-positioning of teachers and students, at the same time, it also brings new challenges for the professional development of teachers. Teachers of primary and middle schools should continuously improve their information qualification, convert their education ideas and cultivate their abilities of innovation and reflective evaluation. In this way, they are able to realize the continuous development of professionalism when confronting the challenges brought by flipped teaching. Finally, the optimization of teaching and education is realized.
