摘要 通过分析教师、家长与儿童之间的听话效应模型发现,家长是儿童听话之殇的直接和中坚力量,成人通过控制发生在彼此之间的个人事务实现对儿童的多重控制。这种控制是与几千年来所形成的身份等级和人身依附密切关联的。长此以往,儿童的主体性丧失,自由精神和想象力毁灭,并助长其顺从、从众和温顺的个性养成。成人不应纠结于孩子听不听话,而是要着力于孩子理性的滋养和情感品质、意志品质的培养。 "Obedience" is a kind of bad habit that provides convenience for adults but shows passive influence on children, and it has a profound negative impact on the development of children's subjectivity. This paper, by analyzing the obedience effect mode between parents, teachers and children,found that parents are the direct and intermediate force that leads to passive influence on children, and parents achieve their multi-control of children through controlling the personal affairs that occurred between parents and children. This kind of control is closely related to identity status and personal attachment that has been formed since thousands of years ago. If it continues, there will be a loss of children's subjectivity and destruction of children's free spirit and imagination, and also the encouragement of children's personality cultivation of obedience, conformity and docility. Parents should not struggle for children's obedience, but rather they should focus on nourishment of rationality and cultivation of emotion quality and will quality of children.
