摘要
组织认同的形成由角色融入、价值观一致、情感依赖三个过程交织构成,并表现出不同程度的组织认同感和组织公民行为。根据组织认同相关理论,选择浙江省8所高校为调查对象,研究高校教师组织公民行为的特点和不同背景变量组织公民行为的差异。提出培育更多高校教师组织公民行为的路径:引导志业追求、释放创新活力、促进与组织的适度的价值观共享、形成适度的情感依赖。
The formation of organizational identity is constituted of roles' integration, values' consistency and emotional dependence in combination with each other. It is also represented in the sense of organizational identity and organizational citizenship behavior with different degrees. Based upon the theories related to organizational identity, conducting a survey of eight universities in Zhejiang province,this study deals with the characteristics of university teachers' organizational citizenship behavior and the differences of organizational citizenship behavior of variables with different backgrounds, and proposes the routes of cultivating more university teachers' organizational citizenship behavior, guiding the professional pursuit, releasing the innovation vitality, promoting the shared values and forming the moderate emotional dependence.
