摘要 西南科技大学地理信息科学专业六年来探索实践本科生导师制的结果显示:本科生导师制较之前的班主任制在提高学生的学习积极性、对专业的认知度以及提高学生就业率方面都有明显的优越性。混龄编班导师制的试运行,是对年级导师制的良性推进,更加注重不同年级学生之间的交流以及凸显老生带新生优势。 Undergraduate tutorial system is a new kind of exploratory educational management system in colleges and universities in recent years. Results on six years of exploration and practice of undergraduate tutorial system in Geographical Information Science Specialty of Southwest University of Science and Technology show that compared with the previous class-teacher system, undergraduate tutorial system has a positive effect on the improvement of students' enthusiasm in learning, their professional awareness and their employment rate. The trial run of mixed age class based undergraduate tutorial system is a good promotion to the grade based undergraduate tutorial system, paying more attention to the communication between students of different grades and the superiority of senior students with freshmen. There are still some problems in the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system, which is worth further exploration in higher education.
