摘要
全日制现代教育技术专业硕士培养规模的不断扩大,对我国中小学教师队伍整体素质的改善产生了积极的引导和促进作用。但其专业课程设置也存在一些问题:课程结构设置不合理;课程设置学术化倾向严重;理论与实践缺乏连贯统一性。设置专业课程应该深刻把握专业内涵,确定具有各校特色的培养目标;优化课程体系结构,如改革学位基础课,专业必修课要凸显前沿性与实践性,分组开设选修课,满足学生的个性化需求;增加面向职业需求的课程内容;重建师资队伍,丰富教学方式,构建多元化的课程评价体系。
The continuous expansion of the cultivation of the full-time modern educational technology majors has a positive role in guiding and promoting the overall quality of teachers of basic education and also the reform of basic education. But there are still some problems that exist in curriculum setting: the curriculum structure is unreasonable; the curriculum setting tends to be more theoretical; the relationship between theory and practice is not coherent and integrated. Suggestions on curriculum setting are also proposed: profound grasp of the connotation of the majors and clear training objectives with school characteristics; optimization of the structure of the curriculum system such as the reform of foundational degree courses, and highlight the advanced and practical features of the compulsory courses;grouping of the elective courses to meet the students' individual needs; increase curriculum content that can meet students' professional needs; reconstruction of the teaching staff teams and improvement of the teaching methods to build a diversified curriculum evaluation system.
