绘本在小学英语教学中有着重要的作用。北京市小学英语绘本教学存在着教师对英语绘本的特点认识不足、缺乏绘本教学的教学理念与方法、教师对绘本教学的科研相对滞后等问题。因此,需要加深教师对英语绘本教学特点的认识,改进绘本教学的理念与方法,深入开展绘本教学研究。

Picture books play an important role in English teaching in primary schools. There are some problems that exist in English picture books teaching in Beijing primary schools such as： teachers＇ lack of understanding on English picture books, lack of teaching ideas and methods in picture books teaching, and lack of research on picture books teaching etc. Therefore, teachers need to enhance their understanding on English picture books, improve their teaching ideas and methods in picture books teaching, and have further researches on picture books teaching.
