The paper raises some suggestions on how to cultivate colleges＇ librarians career quality based on analyzing the new demands and requirement under internet ＋ background. It is essential that all librarians should strive to shape their career quality according to the dimensions of specialty quality, data quality, web quality, mental growth and psychological health.
