Research on the Assessment of Low Carbon Economy Development Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

在全球经济日益飞速发展的状况下,低碳经济的发展显得越来越重要。文章介绍了一级模糊综合评判模型的构建,利用我国各省市地区衡量低碳经济发展状况的评价指标的数据,根据运用一级模糊综合评判模型后得出的结果,对各省、市的低碳经济发展状况作出评价,从而为各省、市能更好更快的发展低碳经济提供依据,促进全国经济和环境的和谐可持续发展。

Under the contexts of the fast development of global economy, the development of low carbon economy has become more and more important. The paper creates the first-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and the multiple-objectives fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Similarly, it applies the multiple-objective fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model according to utilizing the data of evaluation index in measuring low carbon economy development condition is evolved. Then, it tries to evaluate the impact of low carbon economy development condition on economic development by using the results and provide the basis for the better development of the low carbon economy. Finally, the paper emphasizes the sustainable development between the national economy and the environment.
