摘要
为有效防治薏苡黑穗病,提高薏苡的质量和产量,通过抽样调查薏苡黑穗病的发病情况,并采用组织分离法分离得到薏苡黑穗病病原菌,结合形态学描述、ITS序列比对分析该菌。结果表明:薏苡不同品种(系)之间的感病情况存在差异,同一品种在不同区域的耐病性也不尽相同。此外,结合形态特征和分子生物学方法鉴定得到该病原菌为薏苡黑粉菌。
For controlling job' s-tears smut,improving the quality and yield of Coix lacryma-jobi L.,surveyed morbidity of job' s-tears smut, obtained job's-tears smut by tissue separation, and analyzed the bacteria in combiation with morphological description, ITS sequence alignment.The results showed that occurrence situation of job's-tears was different among different varieties (or lines) of Coix lacryma-jobi L. ,the same varieties in different regions also had different diseased resistance.In addition,we identified the pathogen of job's-tears was Ustilago coicis Brefeld combined with morphological characteristics with molecular biology methods.
