含分布式电源的配电网合解环操作安全性分析 被引量:5

摘要 主要研究含有分布式电源的配电网在合环过程的安全性.通过等效与简化某供电公司计划性合解环操作中的变电站与合环线路,建立合解环数学模型.利用软件PSCAD/EMTDC仿真了包含基于恒功率控制(UPC)、无控制(NO)两种控制模式的分布式电源的配电网合环操作,比较了计算与仿真的结果,得到母线上电流和电压的值,分析了分布式电源的容量、类型、距离分别对配电网的合环时间、相角差和电压的影响,从而为提高含分布式电源的配电网合解环操作的安全性提供理论依据. In this thesis, the authors focus on a safety analysis of the power distribution network with dis- tributed generation during the loop closing operations. A mathematical model for loop closings and open- ings is established based on equivalence and simplification of the transformer substation and closed loop cir- cuits of the planned loop closing operation of a power supply company. The authors simulate the loop clos- ing operation of a power distribution network with distributed generation based on UPC and NO, the two control modes using PSCAD/EMTDC software, compare the results of calculation and simulation to esti- mate the value of electric current and pressure on the busbar; and then analyze the impacts of capacity, type, distance of distributed generation on loop closing time, phase angle and voltage. The results provide a theoretical foundation for safe loop closing and opening operations in a distribution network with distrib- uted generation.
