经济新常态下传统资源型城市的发展动力分析——以江苏省徐州市为例

Development motivation of resource-based cities under the New Normal:a case study of Xuzhou City,Jiangsu Province

经过30多年的快速发展,中国经济增长速度逐渐放缓,已经进入发展的"新常态".传统资源型城市面临着转型问题.以江苏省徐州市为例,分析其经济发展中存在的问题.结果显示,传统产业带动力下降,新兴产业驱动力不足,创新城市发展水平较低,是形成这些问题的主要原因.从发展动力来看,未来需要抓住"一带一路"和沿海开发国家战略等机遇,通过创新驱动对产业进行转型升级,并大力发展新兴产业和外向型经济.

After more than 30 years of rapid growth,Chinas economic growth is gradually slowing,and it has now entered the development of ＂ New Normal＂.For the traditional resourced-based cities,they are facing the economic transformation.By taking Xuzhou City as an example,the problems of economic development are analyzed,and the main reasons include the decline of traditional industry driving force,the lack of new industry driving force,and the low innovative level of urban development.In the future,it should seize the opportunity of ＂ One Belt One Road＂ strategy as such as coastal development strategy,carry out industrial transformation and upgrading,and develop new industries and export-oriented economy.
