摘要 阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer’s disease，AD）作为一种老年期常见的以认知功能障碍和精神行为障碍为主要临床特征，影响日常生活和社会功能的慢性退行性神经疾病，给患者家庭和社会带来了沉重的负担。尽管近年来AD的基础研究已取得了较大进展，但基于AD病理生理的新药临床试验却屡屡失败。其主要原因之一在于目前的药物研究大多是针对AD痴呆阶段进行干预。而在这一阶段，
