摘要 电压门控性钠离子通道(voltage-gated sodium channels,VGSCs)是一种由核心α亚基和辅助β亚基组成的异聚蛋白复合体,广泛表达于各种肿瘤细胞和组织中;α亚基具有调节肿瘤细胞侵袭的功能,而β亚基与肿瘤细胞的黏附迁移有关,且不同类型肿瘤中β亚基的功能也有所差异。越来越多的研究报道显示,VGSCs对肿瘤的侵袭和转移具有一定的影响,并提出了基于肿瘤诊断和靶向治疗的策略。因此,本文就VGSCs亚基与肿瘤的侵袭和迁移以及其作为肿瘤治疗靶点的研究进展作一概述。 Voltage-gated sodium channels (VGSCs) are heteromeric protein complexes containing one core subunit α and one or more auxiliary subunit β. VGSCs are widely expressed in various forms of tumor cells and tissues. Importantly, subunit α can regulate the invasive capacity of tumor cells, and subunit β is related to the adhesion and migration capacities of tumor cells. The function of subunit β in different types of tumor is different. Emerging studies have revealed that VGSCs have certain effects on tumor invasion and metastasis, which indicates that VGSCs may become the target for tumor diagnosis and targeted therapy. Therefore, this paper summarizes the effects of VGSCs on tumor invasion and migration, as well as the research progress in VGSCs used as tumor therapeutic target.
