摘要
螺纹松动故障是往复式压缩机严重故障之一,针对活塞杆与十字头间螺纹松动故障机理进行分析研究,采用多体动力学理论建立往复式压缩机活塞杆与十字头间连接螺纹的动力学模型,模拟螺纹松动故障,发现活塞杆沉降波形的平均值和峰峰值对螺纹松动故障敏感。通过实际故障案例分析,验证了该动力学模型与往复式压缩机实际运行规律一致,且活塞杆沉降平均值和峰峰值对该故障敏感。
Regarded as one of the major faults, the screw looseness fauh in the connection between piston rod and crosshead was studied. To simulate the thread looseness failure, a multi-body dynamic model of the reciprocating compressor motion was created. It draws a conclusion that the change trends of the average settlement value and the peak-peak value can reflect the extent of thread loosening failure. Compared with the actual failure cases, the dynamic model is proved to be reasonable.
