摘要
阶梯型圆盘声辐射器在大功率超声领域有着广泛的应用。从声学应用角度,基于Mindlin理论推导了厚阶梯圆盘在自由边界条件下频率方程,并对频率方程进行数值求解,同时分析了几何参数对频率的影响,结果表明当其他参数一定时,频率随圆盘和基底圆环厚度的增加而增加,随外径的增加而减小,随内径的增加而增加,计算得到的频率与有限元模拟及实验测试结果基本相符。该结论对厚盘的弯曲振动辐射器的设计提供理论参考和频率调试依据。
Ladder type disc acoustic radiator is widely used in high power ultrasonic field. The frequency equation of stepped thickness disk in free boundary condition are derived based on Mindlin theory from the acoustic point of application and The frequency equation was numerically solved, At the same time, the effects of geometric parameters on the frequency is analyzed. The results show that when the other parameters are constant, the frequency increases with the increase of the disk and the base ring thickness, and decreases with the diameter increases, increases with the increasing diameter. The test resuhs of the calculated frequencies and finite element simulation and experiment is consistent with the basic. Design of bending vibration radiator the conclusion of the thick disc provides the theory reference and the frequency of debugging basis.
