基于实测载荷的传动轴疲劳寿命分析 被引量:10

摘要 针对某款干混砂浆运输车传动轴的断裂问题,搭建一套现场实测传动轴动态扭矩、跳动量、转速等参数的测试装置,为该类新车型服役期传动系统的故障诊断与维修提供理论分析依据,该套装置还可应用在泵车,搅拌车的传动系统故障诊断。由于传动轴破坏的位置结构复杂,无法直接测量破坏位置处应力,将实测扭矩载荷通过雨流计数法统计后作为边界条件对传动轴进行有限元分析,推导出结构的S-N曲线,结合Miner法则对结构进行疲劳寿命估算。该套方法能够为工程机械传动轴寿命预测提供方案。 Aimed at fracture of transmission shaft about some kind of transport for bulk dry-mixed mortar, this paper designed a set of testing equipment which can test torque, run out, revolving speed. This testing equipment provides with analyzed data on fault diagnosis and maintenance of this kind of brand new car. This set of testing equipment was also applied to the fault diagnosis of concrete pump truck and mix concrete truck. The place where the fracture of transmission taken place is ve~ complex and it is very difficu|t to do the stress measurement of the hot spot of fracture taken place. This paper converted the measure data of torque into the stress of the hot spot of fatigue by using the FEA. Calculating the fatigue life of shaft by combining the structural S-N curve and the modified Miner' s rule were carried out. This method can provide a way of calculating fatigue life of shaft of engineering maehine.
