摘要
荆江蛋鸭青壳系是在荆江鸭的基础上选育出的蛋鸭新品系,为了解其早期生长发育规律,为其品系选育提供参考依据,运用Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy 3种非线性生长模型对荆江蛋鸭青壳系母鸭0~20周龄体质量生长情况进行曲线拟合和分析。结果表明,3种曲线均能较好地拟合荆江蛋鸭青壳系的生长曲线,经分析比较发现,Von Bertalanffy模型拟合的荆江蛋鸭青壳系生长曲线效果最佳(R2=0.996),其拐点为(4.974,466.031)。表明上述3种模型对荆江蛋鸭青壳系生长曲线的拟合和分析是可行的,通过生长曲线的拟合分析可及时掌握荆江蛋鸭青壳系的生长发育规律、发现饲养管理中存在的问题。
Green shell line in Jingjiang duck is a new line which was breeding from Jingjiang duck. The study of early growth rules of green shell line in Jingjiang duck provide an evidence for new lines breeding. Three kinds of nonlinear model (Logistic, Gompertz and Von Bertalanffy) were used to analyze the growth curve of female green shell line in Jingjiang duck from 0 to 20 weeks. The results showed that the growth curves were appropriately fitted with the three models. Compared the three fitted results, the Von Bertalanffy model had the best effect on fitting the growth curves of female green shell line in Jingjiang duck (R2=0. 996), the growth inflexion was 4. 974 weeks and 466. 031 g. It was feasible to analyze and fit the growth curve of the green shell line in Jingjiang duck using the three models. Through the fitting of the growth curve, we can master the growth and development patterns of Green shell line in Jingjiang duck in time and find the problems in feeding and management.
