肉桂酸和邻苯二甲酸对小豆根系生长和产量的自毒效应 被引量:5

摘要 旨在研究小豆植株和根际土壤中肉桂酸和邻苯二甲酸对小豆根系生长、根系活力和产量的影响。采用盆栽试验,分别用0、0.1、1、10mmol/L的2种酚酸物质进行处理。结果表明,当土壤中酚酸的初始浓度较低时(0.1mmol/L),对小豆根系生长和根系活力有微弱的促进作用(P>0.05),随着处理时间的延长,土壤中酚酸的逐渐累积,初始浓度较高时(1mmol/L和10mmol/L),显著抑制小豆根系生长和产量(P<0.05)。根干质量、根长、根体积、根表面积、根系活力(伤流强度、根瘤数和根瘤鲜质量)在低酚酸浓度处理下升高,在高酚酸浓度处理下显著降低(P<0.05)。肉桂酸和邻苯二甲酸不同浓度处理下小豆主茎节数、株荚数减少、百粒质量降低。与肉桂酸相比,邻苯二甲酸对小豆根系生长和产量的抑制作用明显。根系生长减弱和根系活力的下降,可能是导致小豆产量降低的原因之一。小豆植株和根际土壤中肉桂酸和邻苯二甲酸的累积与小豆的连作障碍有着密切关系。 Experiments were conducted to study the effects of cinnamic acid and and 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid on root growth and yield of adzuki bean. A pot experiment was carried out to study the effect of cinnaminc acid and 1, 2-benzenedicarboxylic acid on the root growth and yield in adzuki bean at simulation intercropping. It was found that their low content (0.1 mmoi/L)slightly stimulated the root growth and root vigor of adzuki bean (P〉0.05) ,but their high contents (1 mmol/L and 10 mmol/L) significantly decreased the root growth and root vigor (P〈0.05). With increasing cinnaminc acid and 1, 2-benzenedicarboxylic acid content in the soil, the root dry mass, root length, root volume, root surface area, root nodule number and root nodule mass and root vigor of adzuki bean were inhibited and the degree of inhibition increased in a dose-dependent manner. In addition, abortive grain, 100- seed mass and the pod number per plant had negative effect with increasing density of phthalic acid and cinnamie acid. The results showed that phthalic acid had more inhibition than cinnamic acid, and decreased in root growth, root vigor was one of the possible reasons which could decrease the adzukibean production. The accumulation of cinnaminc acid and 1, 2-benzenedicarboxylic acid in field soil had close relationship with adzuki bean continuous cropping obstacle.
