摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取虎耳草精油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对精油进行成分分析。鉴定出35种化学成分,占总馏出峰面积的78.22%,主要成分为十五烷酸27.93%,(2E,5E)-3,4,5,6-四甲基-2-5-辛二烯6.28%、邻苯二甲酸丁酯辛酯5.54%、9-十六碳烯酸5.01%。生长速率法测定表明,虎耳草精油对小麦全蚀病菌和番茄早疫病菌的抑制活性较高,在500mg/L剂量下抑制率均在90%以上;对玉米大斑病菌和油菜菌核病菌在750mg/L剂量下的抑制率在80%以上,而对其他几种病菌的抑制率相对较低。
The essential oil of Saxifraga stolonifera was extracted by steam distillation. Components of the essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS and 35 components were identified, accounting for 78.22% of total compositions. The essential oils mainly consisted of pentadecanoic acid(27. 93%), (2E,5E)-3,4,5,6-tetramethy -2,5-octadiene(6. 28%), phthalic acid, butyl octyl ester(5.54%) and 9-hexadecenoic acid (5.01%). The test of inhibition rate against mycelial growth showed that essential oil from Saxifraga stolonifera had good antifungal effects, and the inhibition rates surpassed 90% at the concentrations of 500 mg/L against gaeumannomyces graminis and Alternaria solani, at 500 mg/L dose,and above 80% of Exserohilum turcicum and scierotinia scleroticorum, at 750 mg/L dose, and the rest of the fungus had weaker inhibition.
