摘要
"三北"(西北、华北、东北)地区热电、风电并存,电、热负荷与风电功率预测精度对电热联合调度影响较大。考虑到电负荷、热负荷及风电预测精度随预测时间的缩短而提高,采用滚动调度可以逐级降低预测误差对调度计划的影响,提高调度精度。结合二级热网电锅炉分布式日调峰的消纳弃风方案,提出了电热联合系统多时间尺度滚动调度策略,建立了日前、滚动、实时三个时间尺度调度计划的调度模型。提出了一种通过粒子自调节提高可行解比例的改进粒子群算法,加快了算法的寻优速度,并对比分析了不同时间尺度调度计划风电消纳情况。算例分析表明,单一的日前调度计划与实际参考计划偏差较大,而通过滚动修正、实时调节后的实时调度计划能够提高电网对风电的接入能力,有效跟踪负荷曲线。
Thermal power as well as wind power coexist in "Three North"(Northeast, North, and Northwest) area. Combined heat and power scheduling is greatly influenced by the forecast accuracy of electrical load, thermal load and wind power. The rolling scheduling can be used to reduce the influence of prediction error on the scheduling plan and improve scheduling accuracy, taking into account that electric load, thermal load and wind power forecasting accuracy can be improved by shortening the time of prediction. The multi-time scale rolling scheduling method for combined heat and power system is proposed, combined with the solution of curtailed wind power accommodation based on electric boiler for distributed daily peak-load regulation at secondary heat supply network. The scheduling models of three time scales containing Day-ahead, Rolling and Real-time are constructed. An improved particle swarm optimization is proposed to improve the proportion of feasible solutions through self-adjustment of the particle, which can accelerate the searching speed of the algorithm. Besides, wind power accommodation situations of scheduling plans which with different time scales are compared and analyzed. The simulation result shows that there is a larger deviation between day-ahead scheduling and the actual reference plan, while the real-time scheduling scheme can effectively improve the wind power accommodation and track the load curve after being corrected by rolling scheduling and being adjusted by real-time scheduling.
