摘要
根据需求响应业务需求,提出一种基于用户负荷特性和参与意愿的分组优化用电方式,以整体用户参与的公平性为基础原则,提出了合理的避峰补偿阶梯式价格激励方法和补控机制。在整体避峰电力资源优化配置中,首先结合实际电力调控需求,通过综合考虑多个用户群的动静态指标,将多个用户通过聚类划分至不同的分立小组。其次根据用户分组和秩和比法(rank-sum ratio,RSR)构建相应小组潜力评估体系,生成动态评估优化序列表。最后在分配避峰调控资源时提出备用组和调控组二次分组概念,并以用户分立小组为单位,同时基于该评价体系和用户参与意愿将用户以小组的形式纳入至避峰调控的队列中,同时根据该二次分组方法分别针对1 h和4 h制(单次避峰削减负荷持续时间)设计了整体能源的协调优化方式,并研究了不同时制对调控效果的影响。
According to business requirements of demand response service, this paper presented an optimized grouping approach considering user load characteristics and willingness to participate in power dispatching. Reasonable approach of tiered pricing for electricity compensation and secondary round group dispatching mechanism were proposed for peak averting. During optimization procedure, multiple users were firstly clustered to several independent groups based on dispatching requirements and dynamic/static performances of user groups. Secondly, group response potential was evaluated with rank-sum ratio approach and dynamic evaluation optimization sequence table was generated. Finally, primary and backup groups were dispatched separately. Peak averting queues were managed according to potential and willingness of different groups. Whole energy coordination optimization method was designed under 1h and 4h contracts(single peak load duration reduction). Dispatching performance between them was also discussed.
