摘要 研究了钠化钛渣加碱焙烧过程的反应动力学、焙烧反应控制步骤,探讨了反应温度、碱渣质量比、钛渣粒度对TiO_2提取率的影响。试验结果表明:在适宜条件下,TiO_2提取率为92%,烧渣TiO_2品位达98.68%;钛渣焙烧优化工艺条件为焙烧温度900℃,碱渣质量比4∶6,钛渣粒度-200目,焙烧时间60min;扩散与化学反应的混合控制作用是影响钛渣焙烧效果的最主要因素,焙烧反应符合收缩未反应核模型,表观活化能为57.39kJ/mol,焙烧动力学方程可描述为1+2(1-x)-3(1-x)^(2/3)=3.532 3exp(-57 390/(RT))·t。 The kinetics, control steps of roasting reaction for high titanium slag with sodium carbonate were investigated. The effects of temperature ;particle size of titanium slag, alkali-to-titanium slag ratio on extracting rate of TiO2 were examined. Under the optimum conditions of roasting temperature of 900℃,alkali-to-titanium slag ratio of 4 : 6, particle size of 200 mesh and reaction time of around 60 min,the extracting rate of TiO2 is 92%, the content of TiO2 in the product is 98.68%. The kinetics investigation results indicate that the decomposition reactions of titanium slag are mixed controlled by diffusion and chemical reaction, and the apparent activation energy is 57. 39 kJ/mol. The results indicate that the kinetics of roasting reaction for titanium slag with sodium carbonate accord with the unreacted shrinking core mode. Roasting dynamics equation can be described as 1+2(1-x)-3(1-x)^2/3 =3. 532 3 exp(-57 390/(RT)) ·t.
