摘要
研究了用高铁酸钾处理含丁基黄药模拟废水,考察了高铁酸钾投加量、反应时间、废水pH和温度对丁基黄药去除率的影响。试验结果表明:随高铁酸钾投加量加大、温度升高和反应时间延长,丁基黄药去除率逐渐升高;在pH=6、温度20℃、丁基黄药初始质量浓度0.2g/L、高铁酸钾起始质量浓度0.6g/L条件下反应45min,丁基黄药去除率达81.47%,去除效果较好。
Oxidation of butyl xanthate in wastewater by potassium ferrate was investigated using artificial wastewater. The effects of initial concentration of K2 FeO4, reaction time,pH and temperature on removal efficiency of butyl xanthate were examined. The results show that the removal efficiency of butyl xanthate increases with the increasing of potassium ferrate concentration, temperature and reaction time. The orthogonal experimental results show that the removal efficiency of butyl xanthate can reach 81.47% under the conditions of pH=6,20 ℃ ,0.2 g/L butyl xanthate,0.6 g/L K2FeO4 and reaction time of 45 min.
