摘要
提出了一种新型柱脚形式——轴心受力外露式钢与混凝土组合柱脚,该柱脚通过在柱脚底板、钢柱底端和靴梁上焊接栓钉后再浇筑混凝土,从而实现柱脚底板、靴梁等钢部件与混凝土共同工作。提出了组合柱脚设计计算方法,给出了不同界面栓钉数目确定的方法及底板厚度设计公式,建议设计时栓钉按照组合结构构造要求进行布置。结合算例,分别设计了外露式纯钢柱脚和钢与混凝土组合柱脚,对两种柱脚用钢量进行对比分析,分析结果表明组合柱脚较纯钢柱脚用钢量可减小55%,同时该组合柱脚耐腐蚀性较好,可供大型钢结构柱脚设计时参考选用。
The outdoor column base combined of steel and concrete subjected to uniaxial force as a new style of column base is put forward. The bottom plate, beam plate and conrete work together because of the studs on them. The design and calculation method of column base is put forward, the way to determine the number of stud on different interface is proposed, and the layout design of studs is according to the construction requirement of the composite structure. The outdoor column base of steel and the outdoor column base of combination are designed in the example, and the steel consumption of them are compared. The results show that: the steel consumption of combined column base decreases 55% to the column base of steel, meanwhile the corrosion resistance is better, so the new style of column base can be used in large column base.
