摘要
人类的进步始终是伴随着技术及文明的进步,建筑也是随着机械技术、自动化及计算机技术的发展而发展的。本文通过回顾智能建筑及绿色建筑的发展进程,研讨信息时代互联网新技术对建筑技术的影响与作用,探究未来建筑的形态与特征以及智慧建筑的发展未来。
The advancement of the mankind has always been accompanied by the advancement of technologies and civilizations, while the development of buildings has also been promoted by mechanical techniques, automation and computer technologies. Looking back on the development progress of intelligent buildings and the green buildings, the influences and impacts of new internet technologies on buildings in this information technology era are analyzed and the shapes and features of future buildings and the prospect for smart buildings are explored.
