坪湖矿“11.1”火灾事故的事故树分析

摘要 针对丰城矿务局坪湖矿"11.1"火灾事故,根据安全系统工程原理和系统工程技术中的事故树法原理建立了火灾事故树,求出最小割集和最小径集。根据事故树数据,取原事故树的右部分支进行延伸和修改,求出其概率重要度和关键重要度,得到各个影响因素影响程度。最终得出皮带摩擦造成高温引燃附近可燃物是外因火灾发生的直接原因,井下通风系统自救系统的隐患是造成火情扩大的重要原因。根据关键重要度结果和事故树结构分析,发现通过对通风系统和安全生产管理进行控制是防止火情扩大的有效途径。 For the "11.1" fire accident in Pinghu Mine of Fengcheng Mining Bureau, according to the principles of the safety system engineering and the fault tree method of system engineering technology, the accident tree is established, the minimal cut sets and minimum path sets are obtained. According to the accident tree data, the right part of the origi- nal accident tree branch is taken to extend and modify, the influence degree of every factor is obtained. The direct probability importance and key importance are calculated, the reason of external fire occurred is that the high temperature caused by the belt friction ignites the nearby combustibles, the hidden trouble of the self-help system of the underground ventilation system is an important cause of the fire expanding. According to the results of the key importance degree and the analysis of the fault tree structure, controlling the ventilation system and safety production management is an effective way to prevent the fire expanding.
