摘要
斜沟煤矿大规模使用了变频器控制的大功率采煤机、转载机,其运行产生了大量的谐波和无功冲击,导致电网的电压波动,严重威胁供电系统的安全运行,所以提高矿井电网电能质量是十分必要的。通过对矿井供电系统的分析,提出了电能质量的治理目标和方案,采用了MCR型的动态无功补偿装置的方案。通过该装置能有效减少谐波污染,提高电网功率因数,验证了其动态补偿的性能,并且突显了其性能上的优势。
The high power shearer and transfer machine by the inverter control are used on a large scale in Xiegou Coal Mine, their operation produces a lot of the harmonic and reactive shock, they lead to the voltage fluctuation of the grid, there is a serious threat to the safe operation of the power system, so improving the power quality of mine grid is very necessary. Through the analysis of the mine power supply system, the management target and plan of the power quality are proposed, the plan of the MCR dynamic reactive compensation device is used. This device can effectively reduce the harmonic pollution and improve the power factor of the power grid, the performance of the dynamic compensation is veri- fied, and its performance advantages is highlighted.
