同煤集团永定庄煤业有限责任公司安装的工字钢挡车栏为人工开启,矿车通过前打开,通过以后关闭,但是经常出现矿车通过后不能及时关闭挡车栏现象,造成运输安全隐患。为此,通过现场实验,研制成了一种简单可靠的工字钢自动挡车栏,使挡车栏始终保持常闭状态,确保了运输工作安全可靠。

The joist steel buffer bar installed in Yongdingzhuang Coal Co., Ltd., of Datong Coal Mine Group is opened artificially, it is opened before the tramcars pass and closed after the tramcars pass, but there often appears the phenomenon that the buffer bars are not closed in time after the tramcars pass, this causes the hidden troubles of the transportation safety. So a kind of simple and reliable joist steel automatic buffer bar is researched by the field experiments, the buffer bars are always kept closed, it ensures the safety and reliability of the transportation work
