摘要
阿布扎比原油管道在投产运行时,出现了末站减压阀门损坏的生产事故,为找出事故原因,利用投产模拟软件对可能的原因进行了模拟。在对阿布扎比原油管道运行末站反注水管道"上坡—下坡"段的含气段长度及位置进行模拟后,推测阿布扎比原油管道运行时末站阀门损坏的原因是管道中泡群溃灭产生的巨大水击压力,导致了阀门处超压。这种生产事故在地形复杂的地区较容易发生,因此此次事故分析对其他大落差地区输油管道的投产具有重要的指导意义。
In order to investigate and analyze the production accident a pressure reduc- ing valve in the terminal station ofAbu Dhabi crude oil pipeline was broken when it was put into operation, software for pipeline commissioning is used to simulate various kinds of possi- ble causes. By simulating the back-injection pipeline at the "Uphills and Downhills" sec- tion near the last oil transportation station of Abu Dhabi crude oil pipeline, we speculated that the possible reason for the valve damage that happened in the last oil transportation station was caused by hyperpressure that generated by bubbles collapsing. It's a phenomenon that more likely happen to the pipeline that crossing complex terrain, and this accident is of a great significant to other pipelines with critical downhill sectionduring start-up.
