含油污泥处理后残渣用于烧结砖试验 被引量:9

摘要 采用萃取法和失重法对含油污泥处理后残渣中油含量进行测定并分析,发现残渣中还含有大量有机成分。将不同比例含油污泥处理后的残渣和黏土制成砖胚进行烧结,找出其作为烧结砖原料的最佳配比。试验结果表明,含油污泥残渣适宜作为烧结砖原料,原料中黏土所占百分比应大于40%,污泥含油量应小于4%,对于含油量为2%的含油污泥残渣制砖比裂解法更为经济可行。含油污泥处理后残渣作为烧结砖的部分原料,为含油污泥找出了一种资源化、无害化的处理方法,减少了对环境的危害。 Measuring and analyzing by extraction and weight loss method, we have tound that there is a for of organic ingredient in the residual of treated oily sludge. By adjusting the proportion of the residual and the clay continuously, it was proved that the residual of treated oily sludge could be used as raw material of the sintered brick, and the proportions of the sin- tered brick was determined, too. The experiment results show that the residual of treated oily sludge is suitable for making sintered brick, more than 40% and the oily sludge should be less the oleaginousness is 2%, brick making is more and the best proportion of clay should be than 4%. Compared with cracking, when economical. Using the residual of" treated oily sludge to make sintered brick is a recycling and harmless way to deal with oily sludge, by which to reduce the environmental hazards.
