摘要
篮式过滤器可以去除液体中固体杂质,传统的篮式过滤器存在清洗周期短、拆洗工作量大、容易堵塞、清理出的固体杂质含油污等问题,给作业效率及维修成本带来了较大影响。在传统篮式过滤器的基础上研发了新型篮式过滤器系统,该系统在过滤器上增设了排砂装置和反向清洗装置,在涠洲12-8W/6-12油田试点应用后取得了较好效果。新型篮式过滤器系统能够提高过滤器的工作效率,减少日常维修保养工作量,对降低运行成本具有重要意义。
The basket strainer can remove the solid impurity from the liquid. However,the conventional basket strainer has a lot of disadvantages such as its short cleaning period,heavy removable and washable workload, easily plugged and smeary solid impurities problems,etc.All of the above could cause a large negative impact on work efficiency and maintenance cost.In this paper,on the basis of the characteristics of the traditional basket strainer,a new basket strainer system is designed by adding the sand dump structure and the reverse cleaning structure. The excellent ideal result has been gained during the pilot application in Weizhou 12-8W/6-12 Oilfield.By using the new basket strainer,the cleaning and decontamination capabilities is greatly improved, the working efficiency is raised and the working load of daily maintenance is reduced.The research on new basket strainer has the vital practical significance to cut down the operational cost.
