油气管道监控双回路传输设计

摘要 为了使工业电视信号能够在光纤中断情况下进行可靠的传输,同时减少管道站场通信管线的开挖量、节省施工成本,分析了现有工业电视光缆传输单一路由的不足,采用工业电视信号双回路传输方式,摄像前端至后端监控主机从场区的两个方向进行信号传输,构成物理上的"回路",当工作的光纤出现故障时启动另一方向的光纤进行信号的传输。实践表明,工业电视信号双回路传输既有效地避免了光缆传输中一处中断后光缆无法传输的缺点,又大大减少了施工量。 In order to make industrial TV signals reliably transmitted when fiber optical cable is interrupted,reduce communication cable excavation of pipeline stations and save construction costs, this paper analyses the disadvantages of current single route of industrial TV cable signal transmission. The industrial TV double loop transmission signal is adopted, the signal from the camera to back monitoring host shall be transmitted from two different directions,which could constitute a physical " loop". Once one direction fiber breaks, the second direction signal transmission channel will be turned on.Practice shows that industrial TV double loop transmission signal not only can effectively avoid the signal cutting down when a break in the fiber optic transmission,but also greatly reduce the amount of construction.
