下游间歇用气的天然气连续脱烃生产方案 被引量:1

摘要 南山终端进入下游间歇用气的小流量生产阶段后,出现了天然气烃露点控制不稳定、环境对低温脱烃系统影响加剧、恢复供气耗时长、火炬放空量大等问题。针对上述问题,对流程进行了优化改造:并联安装一个小流量副J-T阀,全面增强低温脱烃系统的保冷效果;调整生产操作方式,执行小流量供气模式。通过上述优化改造,可保持天然气连续脱烃生产,每年天然气减少排放量达到304×10~4m^3,实现节能增效。 Nanshan terminal is now in the low flow gas production stage with downstream user intermittent using gas, for such problems as natural gas dew point controlled unstable,environmental increased effects on low temperature de-hydrocarbon system, longer period of restored gas supply time,large amount of flare venting,etc.,so an optimization scheme was taken to reengineer the flow processing.A by-pass secondary J-T valve was parallel installed for low flow controlling to enhance the insulation effects of low temperature de-hydrocarbon system; the operation procedures was adjusted to low gas supply flow mode. The result shows that natural gas de-hydrocarbon production could work continuously, the reduction amount of flare gas emissions is 304×10^4m^3 yearly, the energy consumption is reduced and efficiency is increased accordingly
