曝气技术对水质稳定性差的油田采出水影响试验 被引量:2

摘要 目前困扰油田污水处理站比较普遍的问题是油田污水中还原性离子和高含油系统的回掺水使污水净化效果变差,引起絮体上浮,影响沉降效果,造成污水处理系统不能长期稳定地运行。针对上述问题,开展了曝气预处理工艺试验研究。通过室内动态研究发现:以气水比1.25∶1的条件下曝气,曝气出口污水含油量可由原来的80mg/L降到16 mg/L;净化水中硫离子与二价铁离子浓度均可降到0.1mg/L以下;净化水中悬浮物浓度从47mg/L降到5.5 mg/L以下。 At present, oilfield sewage reduction ions and high oil system re-mixing water make the sewage purification effect becomes worse, which causes flocs floating and influence the effect of sedimentation, and the sewage treatment system cannot operated stablely with a long term. In view of the above problems, this paper has carried out the experiment research of the aeration pretreatment process. By indoor dynamic study we found that: at the gas-water ratio of 1.25∶ 1, under exposed gas, the oil content of aeration export sewage can be reduced from 80mg/L down to 16mg/L.In purified water the concentration of the sulfide and divalent iron ion can be reduced to less than 0.1mg/L. In purification water the concentration of the suspended solids can be decreased from 47mg/L to 5.5mg/L or less.
