基于多级梯度电场的电脱水脱盐技术在重劣质原油处理中应用 被引量:1

摘要 国内外重劣质原油开采已进入新阶段,原油的比重大、黏度高、酸性强,导致原油的脱盐脱水困难。重劣质原油在脱盐脱水过程中,很容易在电脱盐罐内油水界面处生成稳定的难以破除的乳化物。基于IGBT技术的多级梯度电场电脱水电脱盐技术是针对重劣质原油深度脱水脱盐而开发的技术,该技术能够明显改善脱水脱盐效果,尤其适合于重劣质原油的油田现场和精加工的深度脱水和脱盐。该技术在国内外现场应用表明:可以解决含水率、含盐量和运行稳定难题;实际生产测试结果表明,处理后的重劣质原油含水量低于0.2%、耗水5%、含盐量在28.5 mg/L以下,达到FEED文件规定要求。 The production ofheavy inferior crude oil both home and abroad has come into a new stage, the big density, high viscosity and strong acidity of crude oil has led to difficulties in the desalting and dehydration. When desalted and dehydrated, the heavy inferior crude oil generates stable and diffficult-to-eradicate emulsion which is readily formed at the oil-wa- ter interface in the electric desalter. Aimed at a deep desalting and dehydrating of heavy infe- rior crude oil, the electric dehydrator and desalterdehydrating by multi-gradient electric field is capable of achieving a better effect in desalting and dehydrating, especially for those heavy and inferior crude oil on site as well as for a refining in the same regard. The application of this technique on site both home and abroad finds that it can solve problems in water con- tent, salinity and operational stability. Test results of the actual production shows that after processing, the heavloy inferior crude oil's rate ofwatercut is less than 0.2%, salt wash wa ter consumption is 5% and salt salinity is less than 28.5 mg/L, which meet the FEED Docu ment required.
