摘要
针对采出水矿化度差异和采出水中聚合物的相对分子质量远低于注入聚合物造成采出水中聚合物含量测试误差,提出了一种新的采出水预处理方法,即用0.5%NaCl水溶液大比例稀释至聚合物浓度为0.2~1.0 mg/L。经过该方法的预处理,有效避免了采出水矿化度差异和聚合物的相对分子质量远低于注入聚合物造成采出水中聚合物含量测试误差,同时,又遵从了朗伯—比尔定律,使采用淀粉—碘化镉测试的采出水中聚合物含量的相对误差降至0.5%以下。
For produced water salinity difference and produced water polymer relative mo- lecular mass is far lower than the produced water of polymer content test error caused by the injection of polymer, we developed a new preprocessing method by diluting the water with 0.5% NaCl aqueous solution to the polymer contents of0.2~1.0 mg/L. Upon the preprocess- ing, effectively avoid the polymer concentration test error caused by the produced water sa- linity difference and the polymer relative molecular mass is far lower than the produced water ofthe polymer content caused by injection ofpolymer. At same time, to comply sith Beer- Lambert Law, we can make the relative error caused by the polymer content in the produced water used starch-cadmium iodide tested to achieve 0.5 the following.
