摘要
为满足新疆煤制气外输管道工程对焊接质量的需求,初步分析了几种自动焊接工艺组合的适用性,综合考虑工艺、设备、施工工序三方面因素,推荐使用全位置的自动焊接工艺。将国外两个全位置自动焊系统CRC-EVANS和SERIMAX(DASA)与我国某研究院自主研发的CPP900系列自动焊系统进行对比研究表明:CRC-EVANS机组技术较为成熟;SERIMAX的SATURNAX05机组所需配置工作站数量少,机组的购置费用相对较低;CPP900系统生产厂家免费提供人员培训和技术支持,后期设备维护较为方便。
In order to meet the need for the XinJiang coal-gas transmission pipeline engi- neering on welding quality and efficiency, the paper analyzed the applicability of-several auto- matic welding processes. Taking the process, equipment and construction process into con- sideration, it is recommended to use the automatic welding equipments with whole process. Comparing the foreign technology ofautomatic welding system of CRC-EVANS and SERI- MAX (DASA) with the independent research and development of CPP900 in our country. We can draw a conclusion that the technology of CRC-EVANS units is relatively mature. The Saturnax 05 units of SERIMAX required less number of workstations, purchase cost of- the unit is relatively low. The manufacturers of CPP900 units System provide free training and technical support, maintenance ofequipment is more convenient.
