四川省三州地区现代农业发展水平评价分析

Evaluation of Developmental Level of Modern Agriculture in Three States of Sichuan Province

通过构建现代农业发展水平评价指标体系，以2010—2014年农业发展相关数据为样本，运用熵权法和综合线性加权法对川西少数民族聚居区（凉山州、甘孜州、阿坝州）的农业现代化发展水平进行评价分析，结果表明：5年来三州的农业现代化发展水平总体呈不断上升的趋势，其中凉山州在农业物质装备水平、农村经济发展水平、农业产出效益水平3个方面均好于其他2个州，3个州在农业业可持续发展水平方面基本持平。此外，依据综合评价结果，对川西三州地区的农业现代化发展提出关键性建议，以促进三州农业现代化水平的全面提升。

Based on the construction of evaluation index system of modern agricultural developmental level, taking the related data of agricultural development during 2010- 2014 as samples, using entropy weight method and comprehensive linear weighted method, this study evaluated the developmental level of modern agriculture in three states （ Liangshan state, Ganzi state, and Aba state） of Western Sichuan Province. From 2010 to 2014, the agricultural modernization developmental level of three states gener- ally showed a rising trend. The agricultural substance equipment level, rural economy developmental level, and agricultural output efficiency level of Liangshan state were better than those of other two states. Three states had a similar agricultural sustainable de- velopmental level. According to the above comprehensive evaluation resuhs, the author put forward some key suggestions for the o- verall promotion of agricultural modernization developmental level in three states of Western Sichuan Province.
