摘要
以经济、社会和生态环境协调统一为出发点,建立了PSR框架的土地集约节约利用评价体系,分别运用熵值法和主成分分析法对新疆5个差异性较大的城市土地集约节约程度进行了评价,结果表明:2种评价方法的评价结果都反映了石河子市的土地集约节约利用水平高于其他4个城市,处于基本集约化状态,乌鲁木齐市和五家渠市土地利用水平仅处于低集约化程度,昌吉市和克拉玛依市土地利用处于粗放状态,最后提出了相应的对策建议。
Taking the coordination and unification of economy, society and ecological environment as starting point, this study established the PSR-framework evaluation system of land intensive and economical utilization, and evaluated the intensive and economical utilization degree of urban land in 5 cities of Xinjiang by using the entropy method and the principal component a- nalysis method, respectively. The evaluation results by two methods all showed that: the intensive and economical utilization de- gree of land in Shihezi City was at basically intensification level, and was higher than that in other 4 cities ; the intensive and eco- nomical utilization degree of land in both Urumqi City and Wujiaqu City was at low intensification level ; while the land utilization in both Changji City and Karamay City was in the extensive state. Finally, some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
