本文总结莆田市地震学会近年来的工作经验,提出加强学会自身建设,必须注意加强管理、加强组织建设,处理好学会与挂靠单位的关系,会员与所在单位的关系,注意保护和调动会员的积极性,开展多样化活动,及时表彰先进。

In this paper, it summarized the work experiences of Seismic Acad in Putian city and point out that for enhancing the construction of Acad itself, it must be paid attention to enhance the organization construction and deal well with the relationship between the Acad and its anchorhold unit as well as between the academicians and their units. It also must be paid attentions to protect and mobilize the enthusiasm of the academicians, develop varaious active as well as praise The advamced.
