723可见分光光度计测定可溶性硅酸实验与分析

摘要 通过对723可见分光光度计的测试,了解仪器性能,分析仪器误差,选择测定可溶性硅酸实验条件,制订操作规程,圆满完成该项目测定可溶性硅酸的试运行实验。实验结果表明:该仪器需要开机预热30分,对地震日常观测采用仪器参比调零消除比色皿的配对误差,应尽量缩短仪器参比调零与观测时间间隔。在吸光度较小,选用5cm比色皿能减小相对误差1-3倍。可溶性硅酸显色反应随时间而变化,实验结果显示,其稳定时间为配置后10-30分,要求实验水样品应控制在该时间内。 Through the instrumental test by 723 spectrophotometer for the visible light we comprehended its function and analyzed the instrumental error and chose the experiment condition and worked out the Operating Rules of mensuration dissolubility silicic aicd by 723 spectrophotometer for the visible light and fulfilled successfully the experiment of the item for the trial run. The result of the experiment was demonstrated as follows: The instrument must be warned up for 30 minutes when it was started. Adjusting the instrument to zero was applied to eliminate the conjugate error of the colorimetric etensil for daily seismic observation, the time-interval between adjusting the instrument to zero and minutes on observation is shortened with might and main. When the light absorptoin degree is less, choosing 5 cm colorimetril etensil can reduce the relative error to 1-3 times. The developing color reaction of the dissolubility silicic aicd varies with a time, the experiment showed that it was balanced in 10-30 minutes after the reaction. The water specimen observation was asked to accomplish in time.
