By report and transmission of macro-precursory information as well as the examination and analysis of management relative items, the paper established the material realization function of macro-precursory information management system, and explained the design of the system structure and function modules in the system. It was also illuminated that the online addition of realizing of macro-precursory information and the online management of the system.The warranted users can realize the adding,managing,inquiring and statistical functions through Web browser in the manner of man-machine conversation user end program.
