根据现代高等教育的发展趋势以及社会对应用型人才的培养要求,结合宿州学院机械与电子工程学院的实际情况,对电气工程及其自动化专业进行了综合改革。通过构建以培养应用型人才为主旨、以就业为导向的教育培养模式,加强与当地相关企业在人才培养、技术开发等领域的合作,推进人才培养模式和教学改革,将本专业建设成为适应地方经济建设需要、办学理念先进、教学条件完备、课程体系科学、专业特色鲜明的示范性专业。

According to the development trend of modern higher education and social needs for applied talents,combined with the actual situation of School of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering of Suzhou University,comprehensive reform has been implemented to the major of electrical engineering and automation. Promoting theapplication-oriented and career-oriented personnel training mode as well as pushing forward the reform on talentstraining and education mode, and strengthening the cooperation with local enterprises in related fields such aspersonnel training and technology development, the major of electrical engineering and automation will be built intoa model specialty which not only meets the demand of local economy, but also has advanced educational philosophy,thorough teaching conditions, scientific curriculum and distinctive characteristics.
