摘要 电力通信设备管理系统是通信业务应用的一部分,是利用电网地理信息系统平台的可视化展已有的优势,实现电力通信业务基于地理信息系统的业务应用,以及对空间设备资源、配线资源、光缆资源、业务资源等通信资源进行可视化管理,并通过企业服务总线调用电网地理信息系统平台提供的电网图形浏览服务实现通信资源与电网设备资源的关联,构建一体化的空间资源拓扑模型,为相关部门提供准确的全局光纤设备信息,线路规划提供辅助决策、设计施工依据,以及为线路维护部门提供帮助。实现通信业务信息化管理提供可视化、一体化、智能化的技术支撑。 The electric power communication resource management system is part of communication services application.It takes grid GIS platform's visualized advantage to achieve communication services GIS based application. the method to make visualized management on communication resources,such as space equipment resources, network resources,cable resources,business resources and etc;through enterprise service bus transferring grid graphics browser service provided by grid GIS platform to achieve connection between communication resources and grid equipment resources;to structure integrated space sources topological model.In order to provide relevant department accurate global fiber equipment information;to provide aid decision making, design and construction foundation for route planning; and to provide assistance to route maintaining department,and provides visualized,integrated and intelligent technology support to information management of communication services..
