Since Max Weberns thought of legal sociology spread throughout the West world, many of his viewpoints and opinions have been embedded into the theory and practice of socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics. In fact, Max Weber fully elaborate the concept of the rule of law with formal rationality, the historical concept of the rule of law with logic corresponds to history, and the cultural concept based on the Protestant ethical spirit according to the type of research ideas in his series of works of legal sociology. All of these provided us his wise thought which could enrich and improve the theory of the rule of law with Socialism with Chinese characteristics.
